Job Details
Position : Admin HR General Manager
Reporting to : Japanese Managing Director
Work Location : Chennai (Industrial Area)
Responsibilities :
○Develop and implement HR strategies (Policy / Hiring / etc) and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy○Bridge management and employee relations by addressing demands, grievances or other issues [Industry Relationship]○Manage the recruitment and build up selection process/system and training after joining[Recruiting / Staffing / Training]○Report to management (Japanese) and provide decision support through HR metrics○Other duties as assigned (Coordinate government site, administration work, Budgeting,,,etc)
Requirements :
○The managing experience of expanding organization as HR
(Ideal : From 50 members to more than 500 members)○Japanese Manufacturing Company Experience
or○MNC Manufacturing Company Experience
