Job Description :
The
candidate should have hands on experience of working at customer site.v Must
be able to resolve Technical issues at Customer site in the defined target
time.
v Must
be able to manage Parts and service business in the assigned area / Customer
base
Keep
the Territory Service Manager updated regarding critical issues faced by
customerDaily
/ Weekly reporting to TSM on the progress of tasks assigned for the assigned
area / customer baseSecondary
Responsibilities:-
Must
have good knowledge of Hydraulics / Pneumatics / electricalProviding technical support to the Branch Service
Manager Qualification: B.tech/B.E(
Mechanical/Electrical)
