Position : Sales Manager
Reporting to : Senior Indian Manager
Work Location : Chennai
Responsibilities :
[As Manager]
・To make sales plan regularly (ex. daily, weekly, monthly, yearly) and implement it
・Supervising sales staff to achieve sales target, manage to executives.
[As Sales function]
・Quotation preparation & submission to customer .
・Negotiation with customer in order to have final order from customer.
・Good Dealing with customer.
・Negotiation of Import quotation with Overseas supplier.
・Freezing and Finalization the cost with supplier .
・Logical Thinking & Approach.
・Forwarding/Shipping line arrangement.
・Communication with Overseas supplies.
・Develop new customer (drive motor-bike to visit customer)
Requirements :
・Experience to work as sales function in logistic industry
・Knowledge of derivatives of Import/Export process and cost acculturation, Inland Charges and Duty/Tax structure.
Desirable Experiences :
・Energetic and proactive person who can think and move by him/herself
・Experience to manage team up to 5-10 members
・Experience in MNC logistic company
・Understanding Japanese company culture [KAIZEN, HORENSO etc]
・Language skill of Hindi (to coordinate for customer in North India)
・Willing to go to domestic business trip around PAN India
