Job Details
Position : Dy Manager Finance
Reporting to : Dy Manager Finance
Work Location : Gurgaon
Responsibilities :
Overall supervision of Accounting functions.
Ensure accounting as per latest accounting guidelines and applicable laws and regulation.
MIS Preparation & various other reports used by the management and the parent company in Japan for control and decision making purpose)
Statutory Audit – Work closely with the Statutory auditor and ensure the timely preparation of financials and submission of the information to the auditor
Periodic scrutiny of Ledgers and reconciliations.
Accounts Receivable and Payable control.
Fixed Asset Register Controlling and Depreciation Accounting.
Operational Expenditure Controlling & Preparation of analysis and reports on expense control.
Treasury Management.
Coordinate with Tax consultants on various matters.
Requirements :
Must have good communication skills
Must have analytical and decision making skills
Must have Problem Solving Skills
Must have good command over written and verbal communication
Good in MS-Office
Must be a team player
Desirable Experiences :
Qualification :- Essential:- C.A.
Experience :- 7 - 9 Years post Qualification
