1. Set up and implement the marketing strategy to maximize the sales and value of each product in smooth cooperation with sales and marketing team of alliance partner in India.
2. Establish the strong presence of Santen through the marketing activities collaborating with key opinion leaders.
3. Build up, maintenance and develop the effective Marketing Team to achieve the company objectives of Santen India.
Main Duties
1. Analyze the market situation from several view points and set up the marketing strategy of each product through cooperation with marketing team of alliance partner in India.
2. Translate corporate marketing strategy into local policy by creating policies regarding pricing and positioning of products
3. In order to maximize the sales and value of Santen product, develop and implement the marketing plan and activities timely and effectively.
4. Approach Key Opinion Leaders and ophthalmological societies to penetrate Santen products and its presence in the India market.
5. Plan product launches to attract doctors and representatives of hospitals and clinics and thus create awareness for Santen products, as well as to support short term and long term goals for Santen.
6. Plan and organize variety of programs to contribute Indian eye doctors and to increase Santen presence at the same time.
7. Make a plan to create and access new markets to expand the business and awareness of Santen.
8. Collaborate with Sales Team of alliance partner in India to maximize the product strategy of each product and the sales strategy in each territory.
9. Develop, recruit and train the dependential Product Managers.
