<Position Purpose>
- Cordstrap is seeking an ambitious and results-driven business development executive to assume responsibility to grow business in India & UAE market for Japanese businesses so we are looking for candidate who can sales to Japanese client.
<Position Sumarry>
- Ensure profitable growth in sales revenues through a planning, deployment of sales and growth strategies, identifies opportunities and exploits an astute action plan to grow existing business and
add in quality accounts.
<Job Responsibilities>
- Develop a prospect & customer in assigned sales territory and product lines to generate profitable sales revenue in the line with Cordstrap strategy.
- Performs sales activities on major prospects & accounts with high potential and negotiates product price and rebates in consultation with Key Account Manager.
- Collaborate with Key Account & Commercial Manager to balance priorities and drive alignment between sales strategies and execution level.
- Drive the cargo securing application business with Japanese accounts. Activities include
execution of growth strategy, face to face or virtual customer meetings, and cold calls to optimize sales success rate
- Engage with customers and assess opportunities to grow customer revenue with a heavy focus on premiumisation.
- Don the hunter role to proactively identify and develop new business opportunities to meet agreed targets and deliverables.
- Review progress of sales performance and provide accurate revenue forecast on monthly, quarterly, and yearly basis.
- Provide local market context and insight to functional partners to inform global and market level functional strategies
- Participate in meeting with key partners, clients, and prospects to facilitate negotiations, build relationships and handle escalations.
The preferred candidate will have significant sales and business development experience and will be comfortable operating in fastpaced multinational environment.
<Necessary Skill / Experience >
・Japanese skill: N2 (at least N3)
・Min 5 – 6 years of sales experience in B2B environment.
・Working experience within Japanese company based in India is an added advantage.
・Proven and successful sales & business development within key and strategic accounts
・Candidate who has 4 wheeler
<Preferable Skill / Experience>
・Candidate who can go to business trip PAN India and abroad
・Candidate who can manage KPI and sales target
・Degree in Engineering, Business, Sales or Marketing
