Job Description
"1) Responsible to co-ordinate with four wheeler Customer regularly and resolve the problem if any rejection ( Line rejction, field return)
2) If any defective and investigation part received from customer, Create and report the investigation report and DMR.
3) Collect the customer satisfaction survey and the take the Necessary action
4) Monitoring supplier performance on monthly basis and get DMR (8D's) if rejection high against the target and get yearly quality improvement plan
5) Plan the yearly supplier audit plan
6) Provide training to sub-ordinates
7) Conduct SPC For identified critical characteristics for Customer
8) Control and mointor of Change management in Inhouse and Supplier Part (Product & Process)
9) Support for two wheeler project on customer quality"
