Job Description
What you will do:
• Serve as team member in supporting and operating key aspects of IT support & systems support
• Windows Advance Server with AD(HCP, DNS, WSUS, IIS & group policy), Desktop, Laptop(Windows, MAC, Unix/Linux) Support & System, Hardware/Software Installation, Troubleshooting/Repair, Client Relations and Administration
• Steering the installation, configuration & management of Virtualized servers(Hyper-v), Storage Server, Managed Switches (Layer 3 & Layer 2), Corporate Endpoint Security Solutions, Firewall/UTM (locally & remotely)
• Liaise with vendors and other IT personnel for problem resolution
• Have the ability and willingness to manage other System(IT) admin members including mentoring, performance reviews, etc
• Track all details in the issue tracking/ticketing system & provide status updates to stakeholders
• On call support 24/7
You are a successful candidate if you:
• Are smart and can demonstrate it & Excellent Verbal and Written communication skills
• 3+ years’ experience in IT support & systems admin support
• 1+ years’ experience in AD setup and maintenance
• You can manage ambiguity and are comfortable being set loose without a lot of direction
• We think the knowledge acquired earning a Computer Engineering Graduate would be of great value in this position, but if you're smart and have the experience that backs up your abilities, for us, talent trumps degree every time
It will be Nice if you have:
• Hands-on experience in complex network security design, configuration, deployment, administration
• Cloud technology experience in production (Azure, AWS, or Equivalent)
