Company Overview<br/>One of leading Japanese MNC<br/><br/>Job Description<br/> Workshop Management: Manpower Planning, meeting Daily, weekly, monthly scheduling and coordinating of Raw Materials availability as per the production targets.<br/> Responsible for all production related activities at shop floor. <br/> Ensure smooth production by continuous follow up with PPC and SCM.<br/> Calculation of Manpower as per plan and standard time.<br/> Shift coordination by Shift beginning & Closing meeting, production report, rejection summary. <br/> Implement KAIZEN Ideas, Maintaining 5S On shop floor<br/> Responsible for Safety, Health, workshop rules regulation, <br/> Documentation & Regulation: - As per company policy understand and implementation of same. <br/> Gourika (Rationalization, Horizontal deployment) Sustain & Maintain.<br/><br/>Requirements<br/>One of the leading Japanese MNC<br/><br/>
