Job Description
Functional Responsibilities: 1. Good commercial knowledge 2. Knowledge of import process, well aware of import documentation, shipment clearance 3. Manage of purchase orders, purchase requisition, timely payment of vendors 4. Tracking and followup for ordered material for on time deliveries 5. Should have basic knowledge of store functions 6. Sending of RFQ as per user requirement, tracking of RFQ and getting same on time 7. Maintain and update records of purchase orders and invoices 8. Perform cost comparison and analysis and set benchmarking 9. Good hands on MS office and Excel
Requirements
Diploma in mechanical engineering/material management Minimum and Maximum of relevant experience.
(Min 2 years to 5 years)
1. Ready to Relocate to Vithalapur or Surrounding areas (Kadi/ Viramgam) 2. Can work in pressure according to the quantum of work 3. Working in Japanese company will be an added advantage 4. Age Criteria between 25 to 30 5. Preferably Local Candidate who is well versed with local market/ supplier
