Job Description :-Primary Responsibilities:-
To ensure all the technical / service related issues are sorted out in the region within given timeframe.
Handling a team of technical Engineers.
Providing technical support to all the Service Engineers.
To impart technical trainings to the engineers.
Travel within the regions to support Service Engineer for their technical queries / problems.
Daily / weekly / monthly reporting.
Secondary Responsibilities:-
Support the Branch in technical and service issues.
Interaction with Overseas suppliers (OEM).
Qualification :-Essential:- B. Tech (Mechanical / Electrical)/ Diploma
Desirable:- NA
Experience :-10-12 Years post Qualification
Competencies Required :-Preferably from MHE / Construction / Mining industry
Must have analytical and decision making skills
Must have Problem Solving Skills
Must have good command over written and verbal communication
Good in MS-Office
Must be a team player
Must possess Leadership skills
