Job Description
•Making Sales reports with data analysis.
Ex : Daily sales data for each division & sales man / Daily stock status of strategic items / Call & visit No of sales man etc
*You are required to handle more than 1Lahk lines of sales data by excel and access. We promise valuable opportunity to develop your skill
•Responsible for making monthly, weekly, daily, and ad-hoc reports based on the request from multiple department
•Maintenance of existing product database/masters
•Develop new excel tool to support daily operation
•Proper skills of MS-Excel and MS-Access are mandatory
•Macro, or VBA knowledge are preferred
•Communication skill to understand the purpose and aim of each report in order to make up data correctly and efficiently
•Time management skill to handle multiple request on time
•Honesty, seriousness and sense of responsibility
