Job Description
1.Maintenance of Books of Account i.e. Journal Register, Bank Book, Purchase Register, general Ledger, Fixed asset register
2.Accounts Payable
3.Accounts Receivable
4.Fixed Asset Accounting
5.Bank Management
6.Monthly MIS Reporting related to Balance Sheet, Profit & Loss, Summary of Ledger accounts, ratio analysis, summary of Tax paid and collected
7.Direct and Indirect tax Compliances including preparation of data and filing of Quarterly TDS Return, advance tax computation, withholding tax implication on foreign payments, taking care of compliances related to ICDS, Income Tax Calculation, TDS calculation of Foreign Expatriates.
8.Preparation of Annual Financial Statements
9.Consolidation of Books of Accounts for Annual Audit and quarterly consolidated reports as per IGAAP
10.Annual financial preparation and facilitating audit and annual pack reporting as per IFRS.
11.GST Compliances
Requirements
Good CA skills (CS Skills would be an advantage) who can handle below tasks:
1.Valuation of Share
2.ROC Retainer ship
3.FORM 3 CEB & TP filing
4.Secretarial Compliances
5.FLA Legal Return Filing
6.Computation of total income
7.GST trans 01 form filing
