2.    Be aware of the safety arrangements for typical works like-Working in height, Deep excavation, PEB erection with crane etc.

 

 

 

1.    Be aware of Sequence of Construction Activities

2.    Be aware of Delivery period of long lead items

3.    Be able to prepare draft Master Construction Schedule

4.    Be able to monitor & control the schedule

5.    Be able to revise and prepare the Catch up Schedule

6.    Be able to prepare the draft plan the numbers and type of manpower required for particular works

7.    Be able to prepare the draft plan, the numbers and type of machinery required for particular works

1.    Have the knowledge of typical Quality items / Issues at Site

2.    Be able to monitor & control the quality

 

 

 

1.    Be able to check crucial parameters and effectively evaluate Quotations

2.    Be able to arrange the BQ for estimates of additional works

3.    Have the basic knowledge of applicable taxes on major items / works

4.    Be able to check & verify vendors bill for payment

 

 

 

1.    Have the knowledge of standard Contractual practices

 

1.    Have the knowledge of Pratical civil engg fundamentals

2.    Have the knowledge to read & comment on the GA drawings provided by the vendors

3.    Have the knowledge to provide typical sketches for details required at site

4.    Have basic practical knowledge of coordination with M & E works

5.    Be able to get executed the preliminary works like soil investigation, site development, site office establishment etc

6.    Be able to provide inputs for temporary facilities plan

 

 

 

1.    Be aware of the statutory regulations applicable in the area related with construction
