Position : Logitics Manager
Reporting to : COO
Work Location: Gurgaon
Responsibilities:
*Summarize products demands from distributors/clients and place an order
Facilitate customs clearance working with customs clearance agencies
*Manage warehouse operation (i.e. # of stocks, expiration date, temperature monitoring, cold box procurement etc.)
*Place an order to ship the products to distributors/clients based on the requests from them*Issue an invoice based on the products shipment working with the person responsible for accounting
*Communicate with logistics/forwarder company for logistics related issues
*Continue to improve logistics operations and costs.
Preference :-
*Experience of1) analyzing clients' demands,2) inventory planning,3) scheduling purchases, and predicting requirements4) order handling and invoicing to clients5) logistics in India, in the field of healthcare
