Job Details
Position : Production Group Leader
Reporting to : General Manager
Work Location : Gujarat
Responsibilities & Requirements :
Teaching and Programing Knowledge on Fanuc, Panasonic Moto Man Mig welding robots.
Able to handle robotic weld shop (Mig welding) independently.
Knowledge of all Type Machines like-Circular, MIG, TIG and Bending Machine.
Operating of ROBOTIC MACHINE with welding Programming.
Analysis of Welding Quality in Shift Production Daily.
Able to handle all kinds of Mig & Spot welding defects.
Basic Knowledge of Jig maintenance.
Able to handle shift manpower.
Production planning execution capability.
Problem solving skills.
Good interpersonal skills and team work.
Experience in sheet metal Industry.
Should be experience in tubular welding components.
Why- Why analysis for quality problem.
Knowledge of 5’s & KAIZEN activities.
