Role –

Designation - Chief Financial Officer

Salary – 50 – 80 Lacs pa (Depending upon your current CTC, skills & experience)

Experience – At least 15 years in Finance & Accounts

10 years or more exposure at top level i.e. CFO, Finance Head, etc.

Qualification – Chartered Accountant preferably

Job Location – Delhi/NCR

Team Size – 10-15 members

Reporting – Managing Director

Age – preferably 40 – 50 years

Should have done overseas projects.

A good initiator, who can indulge in the company environment.

Experience in MNC.

Must have Leadership skills.

Must have done Financial strategy, Management, strategic planning.

 

Requirement –

·         Managing the overall Finance & Accounts Functions along with expertise in strategic planning, fund management, financial controls, etc.

·         Conduct and coordinate for Audits.

·         Reporting to Managing Director.

·         Arranging board meetings with the top management.

·         Efficient Fund Management leading to more interest income for Company.

·         Prepare budget, planning, strategy, policies, cost, etc.

·         Handle banking, taxation - ensuring 100% compliances with all tax regulations such as income-tax, withholding tax, value added tax and service tax including taxation of employees and expatriates.

·         Screening new projects and conducting feasibility studies to determine the financial viability of new ventures for accomplishing growth goals.

·         Monitoring inflow/ outflow of funds; taking adequate measures to ensure optimum utilization of available funds towards accomplishment of organizational objectives.

·         Reviewing project performance with budgeted performance along with the managing director.

·         Monthly Closing , Quarterly Closing and reporting MIS to Management.

·         Analyzing project profitability along with cost-to-completion of projects with business heads.

·         Looking after overseas projects also.
