Company is in construction, civil engineering, and architectural works
Execute the On-boarding process by filling up various forms, providing joining Kit to the candidate, Introduction with staffs, Induction training
MIS, Preparation of reports, master data base, personal files and other related reports
Coordinate with various departments and project sites related to various informations/data/Staff Requirement
Holiday Calendar Preparation, Emergency contact details, Exit interview, Employee Separation process.
Discuss and coordinate with HODs , Managers and Site Managers to identify Training needs.
Work closely with GM-HR in designing training calendar and coordinate training programs accordingly
Documentation of training programs like Feedback form, attendance sheet etc and also preparing training report.
Work closely with GM HR on Training effectiveness analysis, Competency Analysis of employees.
MRM Reports, Audits related training, DNV audit , Internal training audit
Work Closely with GM HR on Employee Engagement Activities
Coordinate with various departments for Employee transfer and document and approval from the management
Any other HR activities as assigned from time to time
Should be based from at South Delhi/ Gurgaon
Should be open to travel /Flexible in timing
Good at MS-Office (Excel, Power Point)
Must be from MNC background, Female candidate
Strong in Communication ( English/Hindi), Smart and out-spoken
Graduate/ Post Graduate (MBA)
Minimum 3~4 years of experience
Monthly CTC 35K ~ 40 K
