60% -Interpretation, translation, secretary
40% -Administration
• Secretarial support to the Senior Management of the company.
• Understanding the business and collation of the business reports for various businesses of the company.
• Analysis and data interpretation of the business reports.
• Attending to all the calls and emails of Senior Management.
• Co-ordination with business heads for all data requirement and customer information on regular basis.
• Follow-up with customers and business managers on all related issues.
• Drafting of the letters to customers and mail correspondence of the Senior Management.
• Understanding and drafting of the minutes of the meeting (MOM) of various business meetings.
• Handling the itinerary, travel & lodging arrangement, scheduling for appointments with customer and other visitors, co-ordination with customers and branch offices of the company.
• Handling all formalities for abroad business travel.
• Documentation and filing of all business documents for Senior Management.
• Provide language support in English and Japanese during meetings, conferences, and official events.
• Translate documents, emails, and other communication materials from Japanese to English and vice versa.
<Necessary Skill / Experience >
• More than N2 level Japanese skill
• 7-15 years of experience as Executive Assistant to Senior Management.
• Proficiency in English and Japanese (written and spoken) is mandatory.
• Business Understanding.
• Experience in Business reporting, data collation and MIS reporting.
• Accuracy in data entry and related reports.
• Responsive to external and internal customers.
• Computer proficiency. Proficient in MS Office applications.
• Proven ability in multitasking and prioritising workload.
• Good interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in team.
<Preferable Skill / Experience >
• Qualification: Engineering Graduate / Management Qualification from Tier 1 Colleges
• Technical background with experience in manufacturing/automation industry is preferable.
