Responsibilities :
The company is expanding their business that is why our plant is extending and setting up new plant. 
So we are looking for the person who can manage for the project of setting up new plant first..

■Project Handling [The project is Extending Plant　－ The number of employees will be double from current]
■New HR Policy set up
■New HR System set up [ Salary designing / Structure Designing / Promotion Designing / Evaluation System Designing / Etc]
■Recruting Management
■HR Members Management [ Inicial members will be 1 or 2 members ]
■Project Team Budget Management 
■IR
■Another duty which you will get assignment

Requirements :

■Experience of Factory establishment Green Field Project.
■Have knowledge of ISO handling, Safety and environment.
■Rich experiences for HR System Designing and IR
■Understanding for Keeping Deadline
