Position :  Dy Manager Finance


Reporting to : Dy Manager Finance


Work Location : Gurgaon 
Responsibilities :

Overall supervision of Accounting functions.
 Ensure accounting as per latest accounting guidelines and applicable laws and regulation.
 MIS Preparation & various other reports used by the management and the parent company in Japan for control and decision making purpose)
 Statutory Audit – Work closely with the Statutory auditor and ensure the timely preparation of financials and submission of the information to the auditor
 Periodic scrutiny of Ledgers and reconciliations.
 Accounts Receivable and Payable control.
 Fixed Asset Register Controlling and Depreciation Accounting.
 Operational Expenditure Controlling & Preparation of analysis and reports on expense control.
 Treasury Management.
 Coordinate with Tax consultants on various matters.


Requirements : 
Must have good communication skills 
Must have analytical and decision making skills
Must have Problem Solving Skills
Must have good command over written and verbal communication
Good in MS-Office
Must be a team player

Qualification :- Essential:- C.A.
Experience :- 7 - 9 Years post Qualification
