Role –
• Designation - Manager – Logistics & Distribution (Can be discussed)
• Education – Any B.E./ B. Tech/ Diploma
• Job Location - Pune
• Experience – 11+ years at least
• Salary – up to 15-17 Lacs pa (depends on current salary, skills & experience)
• Same Industry – Competitors, Oil & Gas MNCs
• Should be Aggressive
• Good communication skills
• Should have experience in both Logistics & Transportation.

Job description
• Heading Transport operation and Logistics.
• Managing cryogenic liquid distribution from Air Separation Units.
• Managing cylinder distribution from Package Gas Plants.
• Daily scheduling of tankers as per customer demand through National Scheduling Centre
• Generation of distribution MIS and Control of distribution KPIs
• Working on continuous improvement projects on equipment’s and design.
• Operating Profit improvement initiative implementation.
• Working in various growth projects on cost optimization.
• Interaction with customer to redress complaints.
• Interaction closely with sales and production to optimize supply chain.
• High customer focus to improve customer experience
• Conversant with SAP PP, S&D, MM module
• Compliance of statutory licenses.
• Transporter management including rate negotiation and appointment of new transporter.
• Ensure safety compliance for transporters.
• Ensure driver training and safety for safe operation.
• Maintain high standard of transport Safety
