Job Description
•Procurement of Raw Material
•Generate the Raw Material requirement by daily consumption
•Work with production planning and inventory control to order materials for production
•Vendor development & Vendor negotiation
•Purchase Order generation & follow-up with vendor for material
•Bought out parts
•Inventory Management
•MIS reports & reconciliation
•To co-ordinate with supplier, To co-ordinate with QA team for development
•Asses and manage supply risks
•Improve the price and quality of materials purchased.
Requirements
•Good knowledge of Market & Material
•Able to understand part drawing.
•Good knowledge of different type of material machining methods.
•Negotiation Skill,
•Knowledge of drawing, PPAP.
•Problem solving skill.
