Job Description
Belong to MI Sales & Marketing Department
Report to MI sales manager, as its assistant
Focus on business planning, analysis, and coordinate as its main factor of assignment.
Apart from Sales activities to dealers
Apart from person in-charges for particular product or category of MI
Below are most typical examples of duties.
To manage Sales Progress by dealer wise, to analysis it, and to simulate the accurate Sales Forecast every month
To manage shipping schedule from YCJ and to simulate accurate availability of products monthly
To find out new vendor for printing,designing etc.
To check and manage the progress of Promotional Cost (To communicate with venders are taken care by each product in charges)
To make plan of new product launching based on YCJ Roadmap, and to manage its progress (To communicate with venders are taken care by each product in charges)
To make plan of Product display criteria by category wise (such as Display product’s model mix and proper back stock plan at store front) and to manage its progress
Web management for MI product (Update web pages, Face Book, Coordinate with MI sales staff to reply to customer inquiry in timely manner)
Technical Support for PSI Spiral (Mainly maintenance of price, etc. Input sales Forecast will be taken care by sales Admin based on sales history analysis.)
Coordinate with Service Department (To manage progress of service, arrange return of goods and ship replacement in timely manner)
