Job Description
Primary Responsibilities:-
•To ensure all the technical / service related issues are sorted out in the region within given timeframe
•Providing technical support to all the Service Engineers in the region
•Act as a Back-up whenever required to work at customer sites
•Travel within the region to support Service Engineer for their queries / problems Daily / Weekly / monthly reporting.
Secondary Responsibilities:-
•Support the Branch in technical and service issues.
•Maintain good relation with all the Customers of his territory
Requisite Skills:-
Should have experience on servicing of MHE’s, Should have good knowledge on Engine and Auto Transmission and their over hauling
