Playing a vital role in the process of memorandum of long term (LTS) wage settlement
maintaining cordial industrial relations with the unionized employees, through these initiating settlement proceedings and enabling workers to voice their opinion on a common platform.
Taking Disciplinary action in the organization & represented in Domestic Enquiry.
Handling, coordinating & dealing the Legal matters and appearing before labour dept. authorities.
Handling Labour cases and attending conciliation meetings at various levels of officials at labour department.
Handling general administration and routine Administration functions.
