Job Description
Support to Managing Director to define the directions/ guidelines to control the management system in the organization and to fulfill the NGK Japan`s requirement.
Management Representative for OHSAS 18001.
Ensure that QMS, EMS and OH & SMS process established, implemented & maintained as per the requirement of IATF 16949, ISO 9001, ISO 14001 and OHSAS 18001.
Ensure that internal audits conduct effectively & ensure that the corrective & preventive actions implemented effectively to improve the existing system.
Communication with external Certification Bodies, auditors & internal auditors on matters related to QMS, EMS and OH & SMS audits and communicates the relevant information to Top Management and as well down the Level in the Organization.
Ensure that environment prevention & customer requirements communicated throughout the organization.
Ensure that all statutory & regulatory requirements related to the organization are compiled.
Promote opportunities for the improvement within the organization.
