Job Description
•Implement and execute projects within the given time and financial parameters.
•Control Schedule of the projects as well as quality & cost and provide inputs for statutory clearances.
•Management reporting and adherence to SLAs.
•Decision making pertaining to the planning monitoring and execution of the project.
•The Site In-charge supports the Project Manager in Team Building & Competency Development. Participate in the evaluation of project and conducting project cost / benefit analysis at project decision points.
•Ensure smooth co-ordination and seamless contract administration, this includes facilitating and supervising pre-contract and post-contract activities, the assessment and appointment of consultants on a need basis, design review, Project cost-control (under jurisdiction) and ensure high quality standards and budgetary parameters.
•Adherence to the SLAs and KPIs as laid out in the contract.
•Participating in project review meetings for evaluating project progress with CPM/PERT & debottlenecking and preparing project reports.
•Planning manpower deployment, procurement of materials, setting project milestones and timelines, supervise the management of cash flow and the scheduling of events according to the prevailing site conditions.
•Ensure that all commercial, technical and managerial decisions are fully compliant and are executed keeping in mind good business practice, with particular emphasis on HSE matters, regulatory compliance.
•Liaising with clients, architects, consultants, contractors, government & external agencies for determining technical specifications, approvals and obtaining statutory clearances.
•Executing projects with respect to Cost, Resource Deployment, Time Over-runs, Quality Compliance and Manpower Planning to ensure timely execution of projects.
•Supervision of the Project Site, and involved manpower, as well as work flow in order to ensure the smooth execution of the projects.
