Job Description for Parts Coordinator
Purpose –
v Parts Business is increasing in next financial year with a growth of 60%.
v TSM will be given additional responsibility for supervision of CSEs for technical jobs in Toyota Way.
v For parts related matter TSM will be supported by Parts Coordinator.
v Parts Coordinator will report to RM/TSM.
Roles & Responsibilities –
v Quotation submission to customers.
v Follow up for PO from customers.
v PI submission to advanced customers.
v PO amendment on case to case basis.
v Advance payment collection from customers.
v Update ETD to customers.
v Way bill arrangement from customers.
v Sharing dispatch details with customers.
v Follow up for closure of open parts issues.
v MIS for analysis of orders conversion from quotation submitted.
v Follow up for AR with credit customers.
