Work details
1. Daily verification of process as per control plan for running products & check for any abnormality / deviation.
2. Initiate action to correct the same.
3. Red Box activity handling, monitoring and controlling.
4. Defect analysis & act upon the abnormal trend of defects.
5. Root cause analysis & countermeasures through 8 disciplines of problem solving.
6. Countermeasure implementation & effectiveness check of action taken against abnormalities.
7. Interaction with production & concerned departments for quality related issues & support them.
8. Periodic product Inspection activities as per plan & records.
9. 4M change monitoring & action implementation through Initial control standard & documents updating.
10. Initiate for improvements to achieve the department KPI's.
