Position : Sr Executive Service and Technical Support
Reporting to : Manager Technical Support
Work Location: Bangalore
Responsibilties
Ø Responsible of managing Customer Support, Application and Technical Sales and Service of medical equipment..
Ø Working with customers/employees to identify computer problems and advising on the solution.
Ø Providing Application Support, Updating self-help documents so customers/employees can try to fix problems themselves.
Ø Taking care of Troubleshooting, Maintenance, Call Logging, Escalation, Installation, Demonstration.
Ø Training distributor and customers
