Position : Manager IT
Reporting to : Top Management
Work Location: Mumbai - Andheri
Responsibilities:
· Providing support for users in office and Remotely to other location
· Handle issues related to Technical issues ranging from PC Related problems to Application related issues.
· Troubleshooting of Computer Hardware, Operating Systems, Networking issues
· Monitoring and troubleshooting Server Backups.
· Handling Outlook (O365) and Mailbox related issues.
· Handel Drive space issues and monitor server performance.
· Functional and Operational Trouble shooting ERP Navision 2016
Technical & Functional support to ERP operators.
Day to day project monitoring & coordination with ERP project manager.
User training on new Modifications and documented it by standard operating procedures and operator manual
Generation and Modification of Reports & objects in Navision 2016.
ERP user administration and control on users rolls and permissions.
Backup & Restore Management in Navision
Management SQL server 2012
· Extend computer support for systems software and hardware.
· Setup desktop computers and peripherals and test network connections.
· Interact with staff on desktop problems and their resolution.
· Maintain inventory of Software and Hardware
· Monitoring the Cyberoam, Antivirus, lease line bandwidth etc.
· Handle daily technical support activities on desktop support, data network and server management..
· Co-ordinate with inter/other department, internal team, vendors for any IT related requests/requirements /issues
· Performs regular daily checks in a timely and scheduled manner, logs, resolves or escalates as required.
· Purchase of licenses like Microsoft windows, Ms. Office , Abode reader etc
· Act as an escalation resource for problem resolution and co-ordinate with inter/other teams for removing underlying root cause.
· Co-ordination with various vendor of IT support, Desktop rental vendor, Microsoft Navision AMC team etc is required to solve day to day issues of the users.
· Support the all the depart in smooth transition from current manual procedures to system driven.
Essential technical skills
· Knowledge on Group Policy Administration
· Knowledge on Mailbox Management
· Knowledge of Basic Networking, Backup, Antivirus, Patching
· Should have exposure to Change management & Configuration management
· Basic Knowledge Office 365.
· Good with Asset management & overall IT Vendor management
Educational Qualification
B.E/BCA/MCA (Computers/IT) with reputed university with at least 5 years of strong experience as system administrator.
Microsoft dynamics Navision certification in Solution Design, C/AL Programming, Solution Implementation and Integration.
Report modification and generation on logics in Navision 2016 on requirement
Basic Functionality of MS Navision 2016, Development and Support.
Functional knowledge of Navision 2016 Modules
