Head Olefins Group for a reputed Petrochemical Company
Location : Haldia
Scope : Leading the Olefins manufacturing and integrated offsite plants operations teams to achieve business targets and optimum utilization of manufacturing facilities cost effectively. Ensuring implementation of safety and environmental practices, improving human productivity and overall administration.
Major Duties:
a. Production planning and budgeting.
b. Providing guidelines for improving operational efficiency.
c. Cost control, profitability improvements and optimisation.
d. Compliance of all applicable statutory and regulatory requirements.
e. Planning for continuous improvement of Safety, Environment Protection and energy conservation.
f. Accomplishment of safety targets and improvement planning. Maintenance planning. Monitoring customer satisfaction.
g. Maintaining confidential data /information with respect to technology, productivity and performances.
h. Efficient resource management by integrating operational strategies of NCU, AU, IOP, CPP. Improving their productivity through training and motivation.

JOB SPECIFICATIONS:
Education & Experience:
Graduate in Chemical Engineering with minimum 20 years of experience in continuous process industry; Out of which 10-15 years in petrochemical/ refinery with plant operating experience and Minimum of 5 years at the position of DGM and above.
Specific Technical Knowledge :
Knowledge of Olefins & Polyolefin Technology. Plant Operation, Maintenance & Safety.
Integration of complex operation for resources optimization and efficiency improvement.
