Position : HR Manager
Reporting to : Managing Director
Work Location : Bangalore or Chennai
Responsibilities :
1. Recruitment (Manpower resource plan, JD revisions, recruiting process, evaluate and source potential manpower agencies)
2. ○Compensation & benefits payroll and employee relations
(Conduct / gather market information for compensation & benefits and propose appropriate actions to align with market)
3. ○Training & development ( Training needs and analyze, Source for local training companies & training evaluation)
4. ○Support for legal requirements – liaise with PF department, labor department to meet the legal requirements for MIE.
5. ○Co-ordinate with Regional HQ & Corporate HQ to familiar with internal HR regulations and approval process to sort out MIE HR issues independently.
6. ○Work closely with all levels of employees for developing and implantation of HR initiatives.
7. ○Review and improve internal Job Grade / Position Grade
8. ○Review and improve internal assessment method (ability assessment & performance assessment.
Requirements :
· ○ Candidate must possess Degree in HR (Any post graduate qualifications in HRM will be advantageous)
· ○Minimum related experience 5 + years
· ○Possess good knowledge of all government labour legislations
· ○Resourceful and decisive in problem-solving
· ○Strong communication competency in English language and interpersonal skills.
· ○Knowledge of industrial relations will be advantageous
· ○Microsoft Office Skills (Excel (Pivot, Formula etc.) Power point and outlook
· ○Analytical & Logical thinking, Report drafting, Presentation, PJT/Time management skills.
○Ability & aptitude of self-learning and development.
· ○Resourceful and decisive in problem-solving
· ○ Highly adaptive, and able to manage multiple tasks simultaneously, including setting priorities and adapting to changes in a time-sensitive, deliverable-driven workplace.
