Japanese-Jobs.com coming to Shanghai International Studies University!
Recruit WORKFIT Program, a workshop style program to facilitate the students to obtain an essential job search skills was held in Shanghai International Studies University. Around 40 students participated in this program.
With the aim to boost confidence and inject necessary knowledge to students for job-hunting, the workshop gives specific emphasis on practice, supported by role play and proactive group discussions. In the duration, students were encouraged to express and discover their strengths with reference to real workplace requirement, based on which they were able to enhance presentation immediately by receiving real-time feedback. Seeing positive feedback flooding in from both students and professors, we believe there will be many more to come.
Through this event, the confident level of students towards interviews has increased from 3.2 to 4.5 (out of 5 marks). The training towards basic business manner and how to make an attractive resume got strongly affirmed from participants.
