Position : TSP Backoffice
Reporting to : Manager
Work Location : Banagalore
Responsibilities :
○Provide L3 Level support
○Knowledge in Analyze, Design and develop codes, debug to satisfy business requirements.
○Coordinate with various internal & external stakeholders (national + international)
○Ensure smooth operations/Flexible to perform various roles within the project/Ability to face customers with ease if required/Precise & good documentation
○Requirement Documentation/Project Management/Project Updation to Clients/Schedule management
Requirements :
○Minimum 4 years work experience
○Minimum 1 year experience in software application requirement gathering & 1 year experience in Project management and project coordination
○Knowledge of smartphone devices/ development
○Strong writing and verbal communication skills in English/Strong Analytical Skills
○Knowledge in web services and interoperable applications/Experience in managing deliveries on application releases
