Position : Admin HR Manager
Reporting to : Managing Director
Work Location : Ahmedabad
-Prepare for Plant Set UP ( Documentation / Visiting Government Office / Registration )
-Design for internal structure and system.
-Design for company policy and Division of duties (Responsibility)
-Recruitment and Staffing Management
-Design for System rekated Salary (Increment System / Exaluation System)
-Budgeting for entire Human resource costing
-Traing / Safety / Complience / Legal
-Managing for Industrial relationship
-Handle requests and queries appropriately
-Maintain diary, arrange meetings and appointments and provide reminders
-Monitor office supplies and research advantageous deals or suppliers
-Develop and carry out an efficient documentation and filing system
-Book and arrange the airtikets for Japanese expats.
-Visit Japanese expats houses and arrange maintenance with the vendors.
-Cope with vendors and arrange the cars for visitors from Japan and also families of expats.
-Help Japanese expats for registration of FRRO and extention for Visa.
-Summarizes current financial status by collecting information; preparing balance sheet, profit and loss statement, and other reports.
