Position : HR Senior Executive (Or Asst Manager)
Reporting to : General Manager or Manager
Work Location : Gurgaon
Responsibilities :
○Recruitment Staffing ( Negotiation with temporary staffing agencies )
○Manpower management at each sites (gate pass application, safety education, safety equipment, uniform distribution etc)
○Arrangement of required manpower according to the request of Project Head at each site
○Worker list management (salary, rank) / Payroll calculation / Inquiries with requests from temporary staffing agencies
○Hearing process at labor problems occurrence / Other duties as assigned
Requirements :
○HR experience in Manufacturing company
○HR rich management experience for Workers
