Position : Executive / Sr. Executive - Purchasing and Procurement
Reporting to : Manager
Work Location : Delhi NCR

Responsibilities :
○Responsible of buying all medical components,Sheet metal press welded parts, Machined parts, Plastic parts, Motors,Foam / Pads, Rubber Part as well as other parts.
○Expected to manage responsibility for all Indirect Purchase Items like Fabrication work, Machines, Equipment’s, Spares, Tools, Job Works, Consumables and other Fixed Assts.
Also responsible to manage supplier under challenging situation. 
He or She needs to develop long term sourcing strategy and executes action plans by making sure of multi-functional team to deliver the best total value to the company. 
Also, having high level communication skills is critical to manage the business internally and externally.
This position provides high visibility to management locally and globally with strong sourcing skill sets as well as open mind set.


Requirements : 
☆Excellent MS office skill is must (Specially MS Excel)　☆Can make the manufacturing BOM by using Excel skills like V LOOKUP, Pivot tables, macros etc.

○A strong individual with a background in direct and indirect material sourcing and supply chain management, strong project management, Analytical and negotiation skills.

○4-6 years of purchasing and procurement background
○RFQ, Costing, Localization of imported parts, New vendor and part development.
○ High project management, analytical, and negotiation skills
○ Able to understand a complex business case quickly and accurately
○ Ability to monitoring deliveries, Strong follow-up, Maintain all record
○ Person should be aware for indirect purchase supplier base near by Gurgaon location.


Education: Diploma OR Degree in Engineering OR MBA
