Our client, A Chinese Banking group, is now looking an experienced candidate to join their expanding team:
Responsibilities
•Participate in all operational activities as well as to set and implement operational guidelines and policies to maintain service excellence standards;
•Assist the quality assurance functions of the Division including compliance, audit and risk control matters by performing health checking on transactional level as well as on account level, act as primary contact to internal and external audits, approving deal execution, etc.;
•Prepare the write up of the Division’s operational procedures and manuals as well as investment scripts in accordance to the bank’s regulatory policies and compliance standards;
•Analyse and prepare reports for management on divisional goal achievements and assist in the preparation of business plans, budgets and goal setting;
•Initiate and manage system enhancement and support the roll out of projects relating to products and new business initiatives, etc.;
•Coach and educate the Division’s associates on operational policies and procedures; liaise with HR Division for all training schedules for new and existing associates.
Requirements
•Degree holder;
•At least 7 years’ solid experience in financial services industry;
•Relevant experience in a business operations and/or project management environment;
•Strong interpersonal and communication skills to grasp and articulate technical, financial and conceptual ideas;
• High level of comfort presenting and escalating key issues and requests to management;
• Good team player, self-motivated and able to work under pressure;
• Excellent command of written and spoken English & Chinese (both Mandarin & Cantonese)
