*Review and give recommend expatriate permit working regulation.
*Advise the company related to IR matters to ensure the working relationship between company and its employee has comply with the prevailling regulation.
*Making sure that all the employee follow company's regulation by making a compliance training.
*Conduct Legal Due Dilligence (LDD) in order to know whether the company has carried out its business in accordance with the prevailling law.
*Submit and review action and document if recieve complain related with legal mater.
*Review and advise teh contect of agreements between clients, supplier and etc.
*Review content of agreement including traslation and grammar.
*Responsible to circulate the draft agreement for management review and get signature from Board of Directors once supplier/client approve or sign to make sure the agrrement signed by authorize person.
'*Required skills: contract management, corporate legal, working permit, investment Law.
*Someone who at least have 5 years of working experience in the related field is required for this position
*Must be willing to work in Pulomas
*Preferably staff (non management and non supervisor) specializing in Law/Legal Services or equivalent.
*Understand Limited Liability Law, Contract Law, Investment Law
*Know how to process licenses needed by the company
*MS Office(word, excel, power point, etc)
