Position : Sales Manager
Reporting to : Division Head
Work Location : Pune
Responsibilities :
⋆The main task is to achieve sales target, others are as below according to management policy.
① Planning product sales policies and ways
② Management of sales staff
③ Gross profit for areas and models / Sales Planning and actual result /Management of price collection plan and actual result (achievement of norm)
④ Launch of new model, new BU in cooperation with marketing / PR division
⑤ Control over sales model
⑥ Planning a discount plan, budget management, follow-up execution
Requirements :
■Sales experience of premium brands
■The experiences of budget management, execution and management experience for sales department.
■Financial knowledge above a certain level
