Position : Logistics Staff for Spare Parts - Manufacturing
Reporting to : Logistics Asst Manager
Work Location : Pune
Responsibilities :
1. Order taking from dealer.
2. Communicate with dealer inquiry regarding spare parts availability, delivery schedule, parts technical issue, and pricing, etc
3. Making an inventory, purchase, sales record statistics
4. Packing, Picking, Goods receipt
5. Control parts VIN (area and location)
6. Making and adjust price file
7. Making sales, allocation statistics
8. Communication with Supplier
9. Making Purchase order
Requirements :
1. Microsoft Excel,Word
2, ERP TALLY
3. Knowledge of Inventroy control of Bin System, Import procedure, Excise, Knowledge of ERP system, Documentation like Invoice, Packing List, Good Receipt
