<Job Responsibilities>
-Greenfield Business setup Exposure.
-Assist Japanese MD in the preparation of financial reports such as financial statements and budget performance, Monthly MIS..etc.
-Ensure compliance with applicable standards, rules, regulations, and systems of internal control
-Aid in the implementation of new accounting policies, standards, and guidelines
-Provide accurate, timely, and relevant recording, reporting, and analysis of financial information
-Identify areas for improvement and implement improvements to processes
-Manage office admin tasks along with HR roles. (Purchase office equipment, manage employees' attendance, salary payment, prepare the offer letter)
-Support for Japanese MD's task for related accounting, finance, and HR and admin roles.
-Communicate with Japan said for a daily basis regarding the Accouting role in the Japanese Language.
<Necessary Skill / Experience >
・More than 2 years experience working in the Account division.
・Greenfield Experience (Business setup)
・Can speak the Business level of Japanese.
・JLPT N3 certification
<Preferable Skill / Experience>
・Working experience in a Japanese company or MNC
・Working experience in IT, Fintech company.
・Good communication skill
