<Job Responsibilities>
- Manage phone calls and correspondence (e-mail, letters, packages etc.) from Japanese customer.
- Manage agendas/travel arrangements/appointments etc. for the upper management.
- Coordinate FRRO, VISA, leasing agreement of apartment & car for expats
- Assist arranging business trip (hotels, flights etc) and expense report for expats
- Track office supplies stock and place orders when necessary
- Submit timely reports and prepare presentations/proposals when assigned
<Necessary Skill / Experience >
- Have Japanese N2 certification
- Exposure to MS office, especially Excel. If you can create macro, which is a plus.
<Preferable Skill / Experience>
- Having working experience as Administration field.
