■ Admin related role for mainly Japanese members
‐ Support for business trip member's schedule, flight and hotel booking support, VISA support...etc.
‐ Support for Japanese expat and their family when they have queries
‐To make documents to update current HR&GA related ones
■HR related role
‐Support work
■ Any other support work as a HR & GA members
<Necessary Skill / Experience >
・Native level English Skill + More than Business level (N2) Japanese skill
・Having strong communication skill and hospitality mind set to support as secretary and admin.
・Good EXCEL and PPT skills
・Tamil language
<Preferable Skill / Experience>
・Working experience in Japanese company as Admin
