Environment Scan<br/>India; Based out of Gurgaon (HO)<br/>The role would require travelling for store visits and partner meetings<br/> <br/>2. Mission<br/>Responsible for merchandising management for the partnered Key Accounts channel. Develop and maintain processes in order to achieve the company's goals. <br/> <br/>3. Job Scope (Responsibility)<br/> <br/>1) Key Accounts Merchandising<br/> <br/>• Seasonal assortment planning for all partnered Key Accounts stores. <br/>• Partner order preparation with their alignment and acceptance.<br/>• Brand sell through management.<br/>• In season key initiative / corrective actions to enhance the brand sell through and other KPIs.<br/>• In season merchandise management.<br/>• Recommend in season refills / stock rotation.<br/>• Stock allocation for key / highlight articles.<br/>• In season and end of season sale merchandise plan.<br/>• Secondary coordination with store team.<br/>• MIS data management for Key Accounts channel. <br/>Strategic <br/>• Develop strong Partner merchandising teams and facilitate to deliver LKL growth.<br/>• Prepare store categorization system for Key Accounts merchandising.<br/> <br/> <br/>2) Order Management <br/>• Support product team with timely inputs for range planning.<br/>• Coordinate with product and logistics to keep a track of Key Accounts inventory.<br/>• Coordinate with VMD and product for management of product launches.<br/> <br/> <br/>4. Education/ Key Skills required:<br/>• Minimum 5 years of Merchandising in Sports / Fashion industry. <br/>• Good communication and presentation skills. <br/>• Good team player along with leadership skills.<br/> <br/>5.
