Job DescriptionHandle hydraulic cylinder technical issue and manage Mold technical queries
Key Responsibilities•Handle customer’s technical query and quality claim as daily work
•Support after sales & service related to cylinders used in Diecasting & Plastic Mold industry
•Visit customer to understand their working condition and educate correct product usage
•Communicate with multiple suppliers from India and other countries
to solve customer’s issue
•Maintain not only product quality, but also lead time and cost point of view with supplier, as a product manager
•Communicate with other department to proceed operation
•Utilize company’s original system for the management of product
•Visit customer and hold technical seminar

Skills, Experience and Qualifications•B Tech (Mechanical Engineering or equivalent)
•Work experience as a Technical Engineer, not sales man
•Job experience related to Pneumatic / Hydraulic cylinders
•Utilize English properly
•Honesty and sense of responsibility as business man
•General Power point & Excel skills
•Mind set to challenge new job apart from technical job in order to expand own skill and knowledge as a product manager.
