Job DescriptionOutside sales of standard components for FA products for the Western region of India to meet or exceed annual sales goals.
Key Responsibilities Forecasting and developing annual sales quotas for regions.
Achieve the sales quota assigned to the regional team by implementing the plans & actions decided.
Gathering customer feedback related to product, price, delivery etc.
Deciding & monitoring sales visit schedules of team members
Collecting market feedback of competition.
Coaching team members with selling skills and techniques.
Ensuring that team members achieve weekly & monthly KPIs.
Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
Managing Timely Collection of Account Receivables and C/D-1/I - Forms.
Experience and Qualifications B.Tech
