1.Handling & preparation of Customer provisions, DSO, MIS & collection Report/ Daily/Monthly/Weekly
2.Monitoring customers receivables for the regions and ensuring effective credit control
3.Knowledge of L/C, Bank Guarantee transactions, Other terms and conditions.
4.Identify & escalate payment related discrepancies.
5.Customer Code Generation and his credit limit.
6.Customer Reconciliation & Handling difficult customers and disputes (Bad Debt cases)
7.Handling customer queries/ issues over phone or email or Visits.
8.Timely process the customer claims for better AR.
9.Knowledge of GST
10.Knowledge of Incentive calculation
11.Knowledge of Margin calculation.
12.Knowledge of Royalty calculation.
Education/ Key Skills required:
•Minimum 4-5 years of experience in Sports / Retail industry.
•Well versed with Excel.
•Basic operational knowledge on ERP will be preferred
